Clear, Fair Billing

We want you to be happy with LeadHour. This policy explains our billing model, when you can cancel, and when refunds are available. We believe in transparency — no surprise charges, no lock-in.


FREE TRIAL

7-Day Free Trial

All new stores get 7 days of full access with no credit card required. You will never be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, your account is simply deactivated — nothing is billed.

MONTHLY

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Refunds for monthly plans are available within 3 days of a charge if you have not actively used the platform during that period. After 3 days of use, monthly fees are non-refundable — you retain access until the end of the billing period.

ANNUAL

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are charged upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your annual subscription start or renewal, contact us for a pro-rated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Store Settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You continue to have access until the end of your current billing period — we do not cut off access immediately.


1. Free Trial

  • Every new store receives a 7-day free trial with full feature access.
  • No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • If you choose not to subscribe, your store is deactivated at the end of the trial. No charges are applied.
  • Trial data is retained for 30 days after deactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.

2. Monthly Plan — Refund Eligibility

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions:

  • Within 3 days of charge, unused account: If you were charged and have not logged in or used any features during the billing period, you may request a full refund within 3 days.
  • Double charge / billing error: If you were charged twice or there was a technical error, we will issue a full refund promptly.
  • No refund is issued for partial months — you retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Annual Plan — Refund Eligibility

  • Within 30 days of annual charge: You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused months (i.e., months 2–12 if you cancel in month 1).
  • After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you retain access for the full 12-month period.
  • Billing errors (duplicate charge, wrong amount) are always eligible for a full refund regardless of timing.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Portal → Settings → Subscription and select Cancel Subscription, or
  • Email us at hello@leadhour.in with your store name and registered mobile number.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle. Access continues until the period ends.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@leadhour.in with:

  • Your registered mobile number or email address
  • Store name / store code
  • Payment transaction ID or date of charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after actively using the platform beyond the eligible window
  • Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal date (we send renewal reminders)
  • Partial use within a billing cycle
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Add-on features or one-time setup services (if applicable)

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or your refund request was wrongly denied, please contact us at hello@leadhour.in. We take billing complaints seriously and aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may approach your bank or payment provider (Razorpay) for a chargeback review, or pursue resolution under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
