Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the LeadHour software, mobile application, website, and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" means any person or business entity that creates an account and uses the Platform.
• "Store" means a business workspace created within LeadHour.
• "Subscription" means the paid plan that grants access to Platform features.
• "Content" means any data, text, or information you upload or input into the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use LeadHour. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of the Platform for personal (non-business) purposes is not intended.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@leadhour.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One mobile number / email address may be associated with one store account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New stores receive a 7-day free trial with full access to platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Paid Plans: After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Razorpay. By providing payment details, you authorize Proftcode to charge the applicable subscription fees.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadHour only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Upload, store, or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other stores, databases, or server infrastructure
• Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to third parties without our written consent
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape data from the Platform
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all Content (lead data, products, services, notes) you enter into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Proftcode a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your Content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your Content, including the lead information of third parties you store. You must have obtained any necessary consents from those individuals as required under applicable privacy laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadHour platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Proftcode. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Proftcode shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services (Meta, Razorpay, etc.) integrated with the Platform
• Any actions of your team members within the Platform

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from the Platform settings or by emailing hello@leadhour.in.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that harms the Platform or other users. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless earlier deletion is requested.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. LeadHour is a tool to help manage leads — we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or sales results.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
